Setup

The Bunganello Olympiad will measure each participant's prowess at a variety of games on both individual and team levels. Players can therefore win individual and team awards.

Upon arrival at the Bunganello, all participants in the Olympiad will be divided (at random) into 4-player "Nations". Each Nation will then select two of its members to participate in each of 6 events: Darts, Foosball, Four-Square, Ping-Pong, Tetris, and Washers. ALL OLYMPIANS MUST PARTICIPATE IN AT LEAST TWO, BUT NO MORE THAN FOUR EVENTS FOR HIS/HER RESPECTIVE NATION.

In each event (except Four-Square), each Nation's two Olympians will participate in a modified double-elimination tournament. Players will accumulate "Championship Points" for both themselves and their respective Nation by advancing within each tournament. The Nation with the most points after all tournaments are completed will be declared Bunganello Olympic Champions. The player who accumulates the most points for his/her Nation will be declared the Overall Olympic Champion, and awarded the Gold Medal. Silver and Bronze medals will also be awarded for the 2nd and 3rd place finishers. In addition to team and individual accolades, players will also be awarded for winning each of the six event tournaments.

NOTE: Players who participate in four events will accumulate Championship Points for their respective Nation as mentioned above. But only points accumulated in their best three events will count towards the Overall Olympic Championship.
